Acute Leukaemia:The white blood cells multiply rapidly and numbers increase abnormally in the blood stream. The healthy cells are affected by this growth in white blood cells and needs to be treated on urgent basis.
Chronic leukaemia is the condition in the body when abnormal white blood cells fail to die and accumulate in the blood stream, bone marrow and related organs.
What is the cause for developing Leukaemia?

Chronic myeloid leukaemia (CML) - is a rare blood cancer. It is distinctive in that it occurs due to a genetic mutation.

Biphenotypic acute leukaemia (BAL) is an amalgamation of acute leukaemia, acute myeloid leukaemia (AML) and acute lymphoblastic leukaemia (ALL).
