Liver is the second largest organ of the body after skin, located below the diaphragm in the upper right side of the abdomen. Stage IIIB: One or more tumors of any size may be present with atleast one advanced into portal vein or hepatic artrery. No spread to lymph nodes or distant sites.

Stage IVA: One or more tumors of any size may be present which have grown into the lymph nodes but not to the distant sites.

Stage IVB: One or multiple tumors of any size that have advanced to distant sites such as bones or lungs. The spread to lymh nodes may or may not be present.
