Many people love taking caffeine in the morning during breakfast while other adore slurping it while chit chatting. Along with its eye-opening properties, caffeine is also renowned for rejuvenating us and bestowing us with the energy for the whole day.
The health benefits of Caffeine
Caffeine provides oodles of health benefits to our body. They are:
• Boosts Stamina
• Reduce the risk of liver fibrosis
• Reduces the risk of kidney stone
• Lowers the risk of type II diabetes
• It may protect against cataracts
• Help fight depression
But with benefits come detriments too. Studies suggest that Tea and Coffee help in managing the weight, but that is because of caffeine is not clear. Caffeine leads to a number of health complications too. Some of them are
• High Blood Pressure
• Decreased Bone Density
• Shoots up heart disease
• It dehydrates the body and hence give wrinkles
• Excessive consumption of coffee gives obesity, which is a primary cause behind lot many types of cancer

Not only coffee infuses caffeine in your body but there are available other edibles too that are loaded with caffeine. They are:

• Soft Drinks
• Energy Drinks
• Hot Chocolate

So, whether I should take caffeine or quit it?
If you are caffeine sensitive, pregnant lady or a child then you should watch your caffeine intake. One or two cups of coffee are more than enough.
For others, one to six cups of coffee are good. Caffeine available in these cups of coffee helps in preventing serious health hazards, boost your mind and muscle, and even it would help a lot in maintaining your weight.
